TV - IV

2002 - 2004
Performance

Microphones are attached to one or more old tube television monitors. These sounds are processed through a laptop and routed back to the video inputs of the monitors as well as to the sound system. The result is a sort of audio / video feedback loop in which the monitor generated sounds struggle to form ghostly, flickering images.  These images, in turn, manifest themselves as sound.

This project was awarded an Honorable Mention at the 2005 Prix Ars Electronica.
